GENERAL NOTES:

  1. The stand you operate must be manned during the entire opening hours.
  2. The instructions of the organiser and/or its representatives must be followed.
  3. Incorrect or incomplete information on the application form and non-compliance with the registered range of goods may result in exclusion from the event.
  4. Exterior decoration is provided by the organiser; tenants are expected to provide themed, high-quality interior decoration.
  5. The entrances to the market site can be locked. The organiser will ensure that the site is closed in the evening, but accepts no liability for any damage.
  6. It is expressly forbidden to set up sales outlets, etc. outside the authorised, covered stand area.
  7. The exhibitor will receive exact details of set-up and dismantling times by e-mail approx. 3 weeks before the event.
  8. The allocation of stand spaces is the responsibility of Kulturkarawane gemeinnützige UG and only takes place after conclusion of the contract.
  9. There is no legal entitlement to admission to the event or to the allocation of a specific place.
  10. This application form is not a contract and does not constitute a commitment for a stand space. After receipt of the application, a confirmation of receipt will be sent by email with further information on the application procedure.
  11. Exhibitors will receive one of the following three responses no later than two weeks after confirmation of receipt:
    1. A confirmation of participation, which creates a legally binding rental contract.
    2. A rejection.
    3. A place on the waiting list.
    4. After the invoice has been issued approx. 120 days before the start of the market, the rental fee must be transferred within 14 days. Cash payment on the day of the market is not possible.
  12. Cancellation policy: After the legally binding confirmation of participation by Kulturkarawane gemeinnützige UG, the following cancellation conditions apply:
    1. Cancellation after confirmation of registration up to 90 days before the start of the market: processing fee €50
    2. Cancellation less than 90 days before the start of the market: 30% of the rental price
    3. Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the market: 60% of the rental price
    4. Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the market: 90% of the rental price
    5. Cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the market: 100% of the rental price
    6. If the cancellation is made less than 90 days before the start of the market, we reserve the right to reallocate your place. In this case, the cancellation fee will be waived in favour of a processing fee of €100.
