Yoga for everyone - on Sunday, 17 July, we are organising a colourful yoga programme at the Flying Grass Carpet 2022 in cooperation with the Karma Klub. Join us on the yoga mat and experience dynamic yoga sessions, gentle flows and meditation at the cattle market. Experienced yoga teachers from Trier will guide you through the yoga classes. All levels are welcome.
10:00 - 11:00 a.m. - Love your Flow! (Sara Lonsdorfer)
Start the day with flowing and free movements. Sara will guide you through a playful yoga class that lets you find and enjoy your very own flow. Without worrying, without ambition - it's all about expressing your uniqueness. Free yourself from your inner limits and enjoy your being with ease.
Even if you are new to yoga, you are more than welcome here.
11:30 - 12:30 - find your inner balance (Christina Wagner)
This harmonising yoga flow balances your body and mind through a mix of stability and lightness. Christina invites you to let go of stress, worries and fears to create more space for lightness and well-being.
13:30 - 14:30 - Yoga on a (heart)beat (Hannah Maximini)
Gentle beats invite you to explore and remeasure your body. Stretch your antennae in all directions and feel every centimetre of your being. Sometimes very gently, sometimes powerfully. Let this flow become your very own dance and immerse yourself in the multifaceted world of Vinyasa!
15:00 -16:00 - No reason to bend (@urbansummerworkouttrier, Yvonne Krichel)
UNFORTUNATELY CANCELLED!
"The way it always looks in photos or videos, I can't do it anyway."
It's high time we did away with this prejudice and banished the images of super-flexible and seemingly physically flawless yoga practitioners from our minds. They may be beautiful to look at, but what they trigger in most of us are unrealistic expectations of ourselves and the associated feeling of "not being right or not good enough".
Every body writes its own story, stores its own memories and has its very own shape. In this class, we would like to invite you to experience how good yoga can be, regardless of how it looks. Feel more, look less. Be more, want to be less. Change something without bending.
