EASY
A good mixture of energetic folk rock and gentle singer songwriter sound - that's EASY.
Isabell Krohn is a versatile singer-songwriter from Saarbrücken who has been performing under the stage name „EASY“ on various stages across the country since 2020. Her musical roots lie in the folk rock of the 70s - inspired by Joni Mitchell, Crosby, Stills & Nash or the Eagles - while also being influenced by modern new folk artists such as Elle Cordova (formerly Reina del Cid), Joshua Lee Turner or I'm
With Her.
In her own English-language songs, the 30-year-old musician combines this classic folk-rock sound with her personal stories. She recently released her debut album „Just A Matter Of Time“, which features ten new songs with the full band line-up. Live, she presents these songs in a reduced, but all the more personal form: with just acoustic guitar, vocals and the possibilities of
their loop pedals. This results in arrangements that sometimes sound simple and approachable, sometimes complex and rhythmic.
In addition to their own songs, there are also a few selected cover songs in the programme that show their love for their idols and their musical range. You can look forward to a concert with personal stories, the joy of playing and handmade music.
