11:00-12:00 - Yoga on a (heart)beat (Hannah Maximini)
Gentle beats invite you to explore and remeasure your body. Stretch your antennae in all directions and feel every centimetre of your being. Sometimes very gently, sometimes powerfully. Let this flow become your very own dance and immerse yourself in the multifaceted world of Vinyasa!
16:30-18:00 - AcroYoga (all levels) (Tobias Ebert)
Together we will explore the playful nature of yoga in partnership. What is acro yoga? Acro Yoga is derived from the English word "acrobatic", the whole term stands for acrobatic partner yoga. This style of yoga connects two people like no other, because: In contrast to other types of yoga, at least two people always meet on the mat in acro yoga. With your partner, you can experience the feeling of flying and letting go. You don't need any previous experience for this type of yoga. Grab a partner or come on your own. The workshop guarantees fun and joy in the yoga community.
18:30-19:15 - Thai Chi (Johannes Nett)
Yin and yang in balance
Flowing movements convey a new awareness of body, soul and spirit. Experience deep relaxation and find the path to new lightness, inner strength and health. The spiral movements of Taiji Qigong help to reduce muscular tension and loosen your joints and spine. Mindfulness allows us to spontaneously experience new awareness. The exercises take place standing up, all you need are flat shoes or trainers.
