CHANSON TROTTOIR -Madrid, Paris, Cologne! And then? Quique Carrica gets himself a guitar, forgets his career as the singer of a successful Spanish indie rock band and begins to enchant the streets of Cologne's Südstadt with the French chansons he brought back from Paris. He quickly finds comrades-in-arms, founds CHANSON TROTTOIR and has been conquering the stages of Cologne and Germany ever since. They have long since replaced the songs from Paris with their own chansons.
Their lyrics are often poetic and tell stories of urban life, while their melodies are both thought-provoking and dance-inducing.
The unmistakable style of CHANSON TROTTOIR combines the melancholy of traditional French chansons with the energy of punk and the modern sounds of indie rock. This explosive mix creates a unique experience that appeals to both old and new generations. Their performances are a feast of emotions that transport the audience into a world full of passion and dynamism.
With a steadily growing fan base and two albums under their belt, CHANSON TROTTOIR are ready to continue conquering the music world and spreading their message of freedom and joie de vivre.

You enter through the main entrance of the TUFA.
The entrance is at ground level.
You’ll arrive directly at the entrance to the Small Hall.
The door to the hall opens outwards.
On-site assistance
There is a member of staff on hand to help you in the entrance area.
You can ask them anything at any time.
She’ll be happy to help you.
If you need help, she’ll accompany you to the bar.
She’ll also accompany you into the hall.
Toilet
An accessible toilet is on the same level.
The toilet is just a few metres away from the hall.
Floor
There are tiles in the hallway.
The gaps between the tiles are small.
The hall has a smooth parquet floor.
Wheelchair and accompanying person
Do you need a space for your wheelchair in the hall?
In that case, our contact person will be happy to help you.
Your companion can also sit right next to you.
If you need some peace and quiet
The door to the hall will remain closed during the concert.
You can leave the hall at any time.
You can go outside if you need some peace and quiet.
Getting here
There is a bus stop near the municipal library.
There are also parking spaces for people with disabilities there.
The nearest car park is at the Viehmarkt.
